The simplest way to start your claim is to call us directly during office hours. We’ll talk you through the process, explain what your policy covers, and liaise with your insurer on your behalf if needed.

Monday – Thursday: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
Friday: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
Contacting your insurer directly outside of our normal office hours
If your claim happens outside our office hours, or if you’d prefer to speak with your insurer straight away, you can do so directly. Your insurer’s claim contact details will be shown on your policy schedule or within your policy wording.
